The Vermont Work Incentives Initiative (VWII) helps Vermonters with disabilities make sense of public benefits and supports, so they can use them as a springboard for success in the world of competitive employment.

As a special project of VocRehabVermont, VWII draws on the expertise and resources of the state's vocational rehabilitation agency, known throughout the nation for its excellent service and innovative programs.
