Each year, on behalf of the Governor, the GCEPD solicits nominations for the Governor's Awards on Employment of People with Disabilities.  These awards are given to those businesses and business persons who made significant contributions to the employment of individuals with disabilities.  Awards are given in the categories of Employment & Accommodation, Design & Accessibility, Media, and The Governor's Award for Outstanding Effort.
